Who operates this site
3dprint4.me is operated by Jerrett Davis in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Privacy questions and deletion requests can be sent to hello@3dprint4.me.
Information collected
When you submit a project request, the site may collect your name, email, optional phone number, delivery or shipping information, preferred contact method, project description, deadline, model links, selected service options, rough estimate, browser user-agent, and submitted files. Payment providers may collect payment details directly; 3dprint4.me does not store full card numbers.
How the information is used
Information is used to evaluate feasibility, prepare and discuss a quote, perform approved work, deliver or ship items, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. A request may be declined when the information is incomplete, unsafe, unlawful, or outside the available process.
Uploaded files and confidentiality
Connected deployments store uploads in a private object-storage bucket. Short-lived signed links may be created so the operator can review files or include them in a private notification. Files are not listed publicly. Custom work is not added to a portfolio without separate permission.
Service providers
The production site may use Vercel for hosting, serverless functions, and private file storage; Neon for project records; Resend or another configured provider for email; Stripe for optional deposits or approved payments; and a private webhook endpoint for workflow automation. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy practices. Only the integrations configured by the operator are active.
Undelivered requests
If online delivery is unavailable, the site may save a copy of your request in this browser so you can email or download it. A local copy is not delivered to 3dprint4.me. If browser storage is unavailable, use the email or download option before leaving the page. You can clear saved browser data through your browser settings.
Retention
Unaccepted request metadata should normally be deleted within 90 days after the last meaningful contact, and unaccepted uploads within 30 days. Completed-project files may be retained for up to 12 months for support or reprints unless a different period is agreed or earlier deletion is requested. Accounting, warranty, dispute, and legal records may be kept longer when required. The operator can delete data sooner when there is no continuing business or legal need.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not include advertising cookies or third-party analytics. It may store a theme preference, a project-form draft, and up to ten local submission copies in browser storage.
Security
Reasonable safeguards include private storage, signed upload URLs, server-side validation, restricted database policies, HTTPS, security headers, limited file types and sizes, and server-side credentials. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not upload passwords, regulated data, export-controlled information, or material you are not authorized to share.
Your choices
You may ask what project information is held, correct it, withdraw an unaccepted request, or request deletion when retention is not legally required. Send the request from the email used for the project and include the project ID when available.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian should submit any project involving a minor.
Changes
This notice may be updated as integrations, business practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
